St. Paul reminds us today in Romans 13:8–10 that love is the fulfilling of the law. All commandments: not to kill, not to steal, not to covet, are summed up in one simple call: “Love your neighbour as yourself.” Love is not an option in the Christian life; it is the essence of it. Everything begins and ends in love.

St. Paul tells us to owe no one anything, except the debt of love. Love is the only debt that never ends. It is richer than wealth, stronger than power, and deeper than knowledge. When love rules the heart, peace rules the life. We may not have much to give, but if we can love sincerely, we have given everything that truly matters.

To truly love is to love like God. It means to go beyond feelings or convenience. It is to choose kindness when wronged, patience when tested, forgiveness when hurt. God’s love is not partial or seasonal; it is steady and unconditional. To love like Him is to see others through His eyes-broken, yet beloved. When we love this way, we mirror the heart of God.

Love does not ignore sin; it transforms the sinner.

True love confronts gently, corrects with mercy, and leads back to righteousness. It does not condemn but heals. When we love with truth and compassion, we become instruments through which God draws others closer to Himself.

Since God is love and God is enough, therefore love is enough.

Love is enough because God is love. When we walk in love, we walk in God, and whoever walks in God walks in light.

I pray that our hearts may be rooted in true love – love like God – a love that forgives, serves, and uplifts; a love that corrects without condemning; and a love that always leads back to God-for we’re created by love, in love and for love.
